Shipping and Returns

Shipping Policy

All orders are shipped in the timeliest fashion. Any order that is not able to be shipped in a timely manner due to back-order or reasons beyond our control will ship as soon as we possibly can. We will ship your order via the method that you choose during check-out; however we reserve the right to ship your order via a less expensive method if this method will get your order to you within the stated time for the method you requested. In this case, we do not offer any refunds of shipping costs. In some cases it is necessary to have your item(s) drop-shipped from a third party such as the manufacturer. If the manufacturer does not off the shipping method you request, we reserve the right to ship your order via the best offered method from the third party. For example, most manufacturers do not offer US Postal service as a shipping option; in this case, we will have them ship your order via UPS Ground or FedEx Ground. In order to do this, we may have to contact you for a street address if a PO Box is used for accepting your delivery. Refused packages will not be refunded shipping costs and can be accessed all associated packaging fees.

Some items such as lithium batteries cannot be shipped via air freight due to restrictions placed on these items. In the case that you request shipment via air freight for these items, your shipping cost will be adjusted to ground freight and the difference will be refunded.

 

 

Shipping out of the United States

At this time, we do not have any restrictions as to what countries we will ship to. We will not mark any shipment as a "gift", "samples" or any other type of no charge item. This constitutes postal fraud in the United State and is a felony. We cannot collect foreign country's VAT, import taxes or any other delivery duties or fees imposed by any country other than the United States. If you have questions about duties or taxes from your country, please contact your local postal service. Refused packages will not be refunded shipping costs and can be accessed all associated packaging fees. Some items such as lithium batteries cannot be shipped out of the country due to restrictions placed on air freight for these items. In the case that you request shipment out of the US for these items, your order will be cancelled and refunded in full.



 

Returns Must Meet ALL Applicable Criteria.

If your returned product does not match all applicable criteria listed below, it will be rejected by our Returns Department and returned back to you. Consequently, your RMA will be nullified and any credit request will be denied and any replacement order will be cancelled. Our arrangements with our suppliers and manufacturers allow us no room to make exceptions. Returns must be shipped via ground shipment only. If you return your DOA or defective product via a faster, more expensive method, you incur the expenses yourself and any request for reimbursement will be denied.


We will not reimburse any shipping costs for items returned for any reason other than manufacturer defect. In some cases, you may be asked to return your defective item directly to the manufacturer. In this case, your item may be repaired or replaced by the manufacturer, unless you request, in writing, your choice to receive a refund instead of a replacement product.



Returns are subject to a restocking fee.

A 25% restocking fee may be assessed on approved returns. The restocking fee is charged at the discretion of the store owner. Items that are returned due to manufacture defects will not be subject to this restocking fee. Please contact us with any questions regarding a restocking fee.



Returns must be complete.

If your return is not complete, it will be rejected by our Returns Department and returned back to you.



All returns must include the following:

1. Original packaging (manufacturer's box, Styrofoam, plastic bags, etc.)

2. Original intact UPC barcode. Do not cut out the UPC code (for rebates) until you have examined and tested the product to your satisfaction. Removal of the UPC code voids any possibility of return regardless of RMA or credit request status.

3. Valid Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). See RMA Conditions, below.

4. Original packing slip. Do not mail or dispose of the packing slip (for rebates) until you have examined and tested the product to your satisfaction.

5. All accessories (transformers, antennas, remote controls, batteries, software disks, etc.)

6. Manufacturer documentation (manuals, warranty cards, registration information, etc.)



RMA Conditions

The RMA number must NOT be written on the original manufacturer's packaging or box. Please write the RMA number on the label used to return the item or the shipping box. Items received with any writing on or damage to the original manufacturer's packaging or box will be refused and returned to you without credit approval.
